Our journey began in 2014 as Charlotte's first Vietnamese banh mi food truck, serving up bold, authentic flavors with a modern twist. In 2018, we brought that same passion to Salisbury, creating a space where traditional Vietnamese flavors meets fresh, innovative touches in a fast-casual setting.
